The highlight? A homemade rhubarb compote that put a refreshing twist on the classic morning fare. It was these small, unique touches that made breakfast memorable. The ambiance was warm, and the welcoming atmosphere added to our experience. The convenient location meant we could easily venture to the nearby Stable Bar, just a short walk away, for our evening meals. With the Monsal Trail just around the corner, combining outdoor activities with unique culinary experiences made our visit exceptional. I look forward to returning, particularly to delve deeper into the gastronomic offerings. This wasn't just a stay; it was a delightful experience.
